Pitch Deck — WorkWingman × Adaptive Solutions (Pilot Briefing)¶
Source of truth for the deck. The rendered adaptive-solutions-pitch.pptx is generated from this outline. Audience: Adaptive Solutions — a prospective testing / pilot partner, evaluating whether WorkWingman fits their needs down the line. This is a partner-fit deck, not an investor deck (that's pitch-deck.md). Speaker notes in italics.
Structure set by full LLM-council review (Codex + Gemini + local + gaming/streaming house councils, Claude chairing, 2026-07-08): 10 live slides + appendix; partner appears by slide 4; overclaims softened; tenants anonymized; pilot logistics/guardrails slide added.
Slide 1 — Title¶
WorkWingman¶
Our goal: the Common App for jobs.¶
A pilot briefing for Adaptive Solutions A free, local-first, privacy-first job-application Career Concierge — ready for guided beta testing.
Speaker note: Open with the trust frame. "Every job seeker re-types their life into a hundred portals and hands their data to spam bots. We built a different approach — and we're ready for outside testers."
Slide 2 — The problem (and the helper gap)¶
- Every employer uses a different ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, SuccessFactors, and more). Candidates re-enter the same history endlessly.
- The AI tools promising relief mostly auto-apply to hundreds of jobs → spam employers, get users banned, harvest personal data.
- The gap this meeting is about: the people who help job seekers — coaches, workforce programs, agencies — can't recommend those tools without taking on privacy, accuracy, and employer-trust risk.
Speaker note: Third bullet is the thesis of the meeting — Adaptive Solutions sits exactly in that gap.
Slide 3 — What WorkWingman is¶
A desktop Career Concierge that helps candidates complete applications from their own machine. - Data stays on the user's device (local JSON store + encrypted KeePass-compatible vault). - Fills real ATS applications — human always in the loop; nothing submits without the candidate. It never clicks Submit, never types stored passwords, never creates accounts. - BYOK — the user brings their own AI key (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Grok, Meta) or runs local models via Ollama for selected AI workflows. - Never harvests or sells data; browser automation is user-directed.
Slide 4 — Where Adaptive Solutions fits¶
We're looking for a small set of real-world testing partners before wider release. 1. Hands-on guided beta: installer + onboarding for a handful of Adaptive Solutions staff or candidates. 2. Structured feedback loop: what works, what breaks, what's missing — direct line to the builder. 3. Fit evaluation down the line: if the tool proves out, Adaptive Solutions is first in line for the organization tier — consent-gated dashboards for the people who help job seekers.
Speaker note: No commitment asked today beyond testing interest. Org tier is the future-fit conversation — don't quote pricing in the first meeting; it's in the appendix if asked.
Slide 5 — What testers can try today¶
One program, one install — NSIS installer with the browser engine bundled; per-user, no admin rights; opt-in updates (Manual mode never phones home). Verified on a clean Windows 11 machine. In the current beta: - Cross-ATS applying: 15 systems with fill engines — auto-apply on 6 (Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, Paycor, Oracle), assisted fill on 9 more after you sign in (UKG, ADP, Paycom, SuccessFactors, Microsoft Careers, Avature, Amazon, Google, Dayforce) — background-staged, user-approved; nothing submits without you. - Smart intake: résumé paste → proposals you confirm; LinkedIn import; no-résumé start that checks drafts against your real history. - Tailored documents: résumé rewrite, cover letters, thank-you notes (.docx) — an honesty guard verifies drafts against your source profile and blocks fabricated employers, schools, degrees, dates. - Form intelligence: credential translation, skills/language pickers, address autofill, profile-gaps panel.
Speaker note: Windows-only today. Company-health signal and audio overviews — show in the demo, don't list.
Slide 6 — See it work (demo)¶
Live demo, ~5 minutes: 1. Paste a résumé → confirm parsed fields. 2. Open a real job posting → watch the staged fill, pause at the judgement points. 3. The pause: WorkWingman stops, the human reviews, the human clicks Submit. 4. Tailored cover letter — and the honesty guard rejecting a fabricated draft.
Speaker note: The submit pause IS the pitch. Slow down there.
Slide 7 — Why it's safe to put in front of candidates¶
- 3,000+ automated tests green on every change; full frontend suite green.
- Clean security scans (static analysis, secret scanning, dynamic baseline, dependency audit — as of July 2026); every change passes an independent review gate before it lands.
- AI attack surface hardened: prompt-injection fencing for untrusted job/résumé text; drafting runs in a verified locked-down sandbox.
- Validated against three live ATS tenants (a Fortune-10 healthcare Workday instance, a healthcare-analytics iCIMS tenant, a healthcare-SaaS Greenhouse tenant) — real forms surfaced real bugs; we fixed them.
Speaker note: If they want tool names and tenant detail, it's in the appendix — don't roll-call scanners to a non-engineering audience.
Slide 8 — Pilot logistics & guardrails¶
- Support: direct line to the builder — install help, bug triage, <24h response during the pilot.
- Candidate data: local-only; we can see nothing. No telemetry. Crash reports are opt-in and redacted.
- AI keys (BYOK): pilot default is local models (no key, no cost); sponsored or user-provided keys are options we'll agree at kickoff.
- Consent & liability: beta software, no warranty; the candidate reviews everything and performs every submit; ATS automation carries account-flag risk — human-pacing and the submit pause are the mitigation, and we say so up front.
- Exit: uninstall = full removal; profiles live in local JSON with Excel export, so candidates keep everything either way.
Speaker note: This slide exists so they don't have to ask. Accessibility posture (workforce orgs serve disabled job seekers): keyboard-first Angular UI, reduced-motion honored — full 508 audit is on the roadmap; be straight about that if asked.
Slide 9 — The pilot: plan and ask¶
| Adaptive Solutions gets | We ask |
|---|---|
| Free guided beta for 3–5 testers | Real usage on real applications |
| Feature input priority — pilot feedback shapes the roadmap | 15 min structured feedback weekly |
| First-mover option on the org tier | One named pilot owner |
| A privacy story you can put in front of candidates | That's it — no money; no candidate data ever leaves their machines. We receive only the feedback you choose to share. |
Shape: 4-week guided beta — week 0 kickoff + installs · weeks 1–3 real usage · week 4 wrap-up + fit decision. Success looks like: each tester completes several real applications; weekly feedback captured; a clear yes/no on org-tier fit.
Slide 10 — Close¶
Our goal: the Common App for jobs — built trust-first, ready for guided beta. Next step: a 30-minute demo, then pick 3–5 testers and schedule the install session.

Speaker note: Close on mission alignment and the low-friction ask: one demo, a few testers, zero cost.
Appendix (leave-behind / if-asked)¶
A1 — The business behind it¶
- Free forever for the core job seeker — trust is the moat.
- Revenue path: paid individual convenience tiers, then org seats for coaches/schools/workforce programs — the tier a partner like Adaptive Solutions would eventually occupy (pilot partners get pilot pricing).
- Category proof: Simplify (1M+ users, free core) · Teal (~4M users) · Huntr (org plans) — while Monster/CareerBuilder filed Chapter 11 (June 2025). Trusted candidate tooling is replacing job boards.
- Full detail: executive-summary.md · monetization-strategy.md.
A2 — Engineering detail (for the technical reader)¶
- 3,095 backend tests + full frontend spec suite; Semgrep SAST 0 findings; gitleaks clean over full history; ZAP DAST baseline 0 FAIL / 66 PASS; dependency audit; 11/11 CI jobs green on real runners (as of Jul 2026 scans).
- Mutation-testing ratchet (Stryker.NET) in flight on the apply vertical.
- Multi-model review gate on every commit (independent reviewer models + human owner).
- Real-tenant validation records: Workday container-selector fix, iCIMS structured address + label-driven custom questions, Greenhouse location/country comboboxes.
A3 — Near-term roadmap¶
- Beta-feedback fixes + mutation hardening (now).
- Pilot cohort onboarding (partners like Adaptive Solutions).
- More ATS engines + connector maintenance pipeline.
- Org-tier dashboards (consent-gated) — shaped by pilot partners.
- Accessibility: full Section 508 audit.
