This is the BUSINESS handoff (meetings, presentations, outreach, research locations). The per-lane files in this directory are CODE handoffs. Both exist; do not confuse them.
READ THIS FIRST — evidence discipline¶
Presentations and outreach are venture-evidence surface. Standing rule: never invent demand, traction, urgency, authority or certainty. A deck states a CLAIM. This index records where the claim lives — it does not make the claim true. Never treat a slide as a verified fact, and never repeat a number from a deck as an observation.

Funding posture¶
YC and SPC are first choices; Hub71 is the fallback (Aug 21, rolling). Both investor pilots
are LIVE — ww-yc and ww-spc — and their invitation codes were verified intact tonight
against the current verifier. Reviewers cannot log in at all without those codes, so pilot
code integrity is business-critical, not just ops hygiene. Verifier lives at
ops/cloud-run/Verify-PilotAccess.ps1; use the newest version on
wt/WT-3145/WING-316-gate-followups, WITH its matching pilot-access-baseline.json.
NOT SWEPT — do not assume empty¶
- Plaud recordings — Andrew's recorder holds meeting audio/transcripts.
plaud-*skills andmcp__plaud__*tools exist. A meeting-content index must be built from Plaud; the tables above are meeting METADATA only, not what was said. - Emails sent — AgentMail (constraint: only 3 inboxes,
workwingman-intake+ plus-aliases, NEVER create a new inbox) and possibly Gmail (andrewjonesdev1@gmail.com) for investor outreach. Neither enumerated here. - Files outside the repo — Google Drive and OneDrive both plausible for decks and research. A Drive MCP exists. Not enumerated.
