You just finished an interview. Before it fades, WorkWingman helps you do five small things — each one takes a minute, and they add up over every interview you ever have.

What it actually does

  1. Drafts a thank-you note for you. An email version and a shorter LinkedIn version, written using what you actually told it about the interview — a topic that went well, a question you want to circle back on, something you and the interviewer had in common. It never sends either one. You read it, edit it so it sounds like you, and send it yourself.
  2. Asks you a quick retro. How did it feel, 1 to 5? What went well? What was hard? Any surprises? All optional — answer what you remember, skip the rest.
  3. Logs the questions you were actually asked. Type them in as you remember them, tag each one (behavioral, technical, system design, ...), and optionally jot a better answer for next time. Every question you've ever logged, across every interview, builds into one growing "Questions I've been asked" page — the more interviews you do, the more useful it gets.
  4. Logs what you had in common with the interviewer. Went to the same school, both run marathons, whatever it was — write it down so you can bring it up again in the next round.
  5. Compares your gut feeling to what actually happened. When the company gets back to you — good news or bad — paste their feedback in, and it sits right next to what you predicted. Over time you start to see whether your gut is usually right, or where it tends to miss.

What it will never do

  • It will never send the thank-you note for you — no email, no LinkedIn message, automatically.
  • Everything you log here — the retro, the questions, who you clicked with — stays on your computer. None of it is uploaded anywhere, unlike your applications, which do sync to your Drive spreadsheet.
