FleetTelegram Plain Guide

FleetTelegram lets Andrew control local Claude Code sessions from Telegram.

Phase 1 runs on one Windows machine. It watches Claude Code sessions, batches updates into Telegram forum topics, and lets Andrew send commands back to Claude through the claude CLI.

Only Andrew's Telegram user ID is allowed. Other senders get no reply. Attempts are written to a local audit file.

Secrets live only in %USERPROFILE%\.claude\fleet-telegram.json. Tokens are never logged.

Commands pass through two checks before they run: - Dangerous commands ask for confirmation. - Usage governor tier can slow, warn, or block noncritical work.
