Purpose¶
Help you see an offer as base + bonus + equity + benefits + take-home context in one honest picture, and give a real performance share (PSU) calculator that shows a range, not a made-up single “expected” number.
Binding honesty rules¶
- Ranges, not points where the model is a band. No collapsing to a midpoint dressed as truth.
- Sourced or absent. Dollar and equity figures carry provenance and as-of dates.
- Not financial or investment advice. No “best offer,” no ranked recommendation, no personalized invest/don’t invest verdict.
- As-of dates everywhere — prices, tax rates, and benefit facts all age.
- A single gameable “total rewards score” is banned. Subtotals only under strict technical guards.
How PSUs are treated (plain)¶
Performance stock units pay out as a multiplier on target shares depending on how a company metric lands. WorkWingman models the curve you enter (threshold / target / max) and only highlights a point if you assert an attainment. It does not invent relative-TSR peer rankings offline.
If anchors are assumed defaults rather than your real grant, every derived figure is stamped as assumed until you edit them.
Sibling work¶
Benefits comparison and take-home tax / cost-of-living comparisons are related but separate tracks. Simple Mode still gets calm chips rather than a power-user dashboard dump.
