Fleet team identity (technical reference)

Plain-language version: Meet the team

Purpose

WorkWingman development is multi-agent. Reviews, commits, board notes, and council reports name teammates by family surname rather than only by vendor model. This document is the technical twin of the plain “who’s who” page so CI two-track pairing stays complete.

Legend (canonical mapping)

Naming rules that affect docs and commits

  • Internal / fleet docs: use the full family form Jones-Gaffney.
  • Public / customer-facing materials: use plain Jones (site, decks, investor materials). Do not “correct” public pages back to the hyphenated form.
  • Prefer family names over repeating (model) tags when a legend is nearby. When a bare commit line needs disambiguation: Clahadore (Claude), Cedric (Codex), Jenny (Gemini), Gronktayvius (Grok).

What this is not

  • Not an authentication or authorization model for end users.
  • Not a claim that four separate legal entities operate the product.
  • Not a substitute for security, privacy, or contributor policy docs.
