WING-202 endgame handoff — Clahadore (WT-e33f) → fresh session

  • 5:30-6:00 PM CDT: cloud pilot live + demo-ready — Shereeba records the cloud demo then.
  • 10:00 PM CDT: YC service freeze (immutable digest, receipts). Internal service keeps updating after.

Integration branch (the release tree)

wt/WT-e33f/WING-202-final-integration, HEAD 2b27bcb78 at handoff, worktree _wt/ww-WT-e33f-final-integration. Full backend suite was 5,045/5,045 at 8f8980aff (post-quota-restack). Contains BOTH Cedric-PASSed security chains (argv _review-evidence/WING-202/17d8ed0c9/, quota _review-evidence/WING-202/283e3b406/) + all of today's features (see memory file inventory).

  1. LinkedIn r1 rewrite — linkedin-extract-v2.log — details-pages extraction (jobs/education/skills), at live-verification stage against Andrew's session. Lands on the integration branch.
  2. Resume tables completion — resume-tables3.log — worktree _wt/ww-resume-tables, branch wt/WT-e33f/WING-202-resume-tables. Parser edits done (33/33), agent finishing fixture+test+commit; verifying against C:\Users\fives\Downloads\Jones Andrew 2026 (1) (1).docx (LOCAL ONLY, never commit; expect ~9 jobs/~3 education). PRIOR AGENTS TWICE CLAIMED TESTS THEY NEVER WROTE — verify git log/git status yourself.
  3. Stitch (NOT YET DISPATCHED) — prompt ready at scratchpad li-stitch-prompt.txt. Fire via agy --dangerously-skip-permissions --print "$(cat ...)" --model "Gemini 3.1 Pro (High)" --print-timeout 90m in the integration worktree AFTER r1 lands. Merges branches wt/WT-e33f/WING-202-li-r2b1 (certs+volunteering extractors, landed), ...-li-r2b2 (skills-provenance+recommendations extractors, landed), ...-profile-r2 (volunteer/recommendations model+UI+evidence tiers, landed) and wires everything.

Cloud state (project nifty-condition-503506-j1)

  • Service LIVE: ww-team at https://ww-team-937557244481.us-central1.run.app (image tag demo, digest from tree ~9d45620af era — REBUILD+REDEPLOY from final tree before Shereeba). Working env/secret config = the deploy #5 command in this session; key traps solved: config section WorkWingman:TenantSession (Invitations array 0/1 with Audience/TenantId≥3 chars/CodeSha256), secrets must be EXACTLY trimmed (v2 versions are clean), WorkWingman__TenantStore__Provider=firestore + ProjectId, ClientIpSource inside TenantSession. Media/Anthropic/AV keys exist as secrets but are NOT yet passed to the service (media stays disabled until final deploy; secret names: workwingman-{anthropic-api-key,google-media-api-key,alpha-vantage-api-key,alpha-vantage-api-key-team,geocoding-api-key}).
  • Load balancer: IP 8.233.222.119, A record workwingman.ai live in Cloud DNS zone workwingman-ai, managed cert ww-cert PROVISIONING (check gcloud compute ssl-certificates describe ww-cert --global). When ACTIVE → https://workwingman.ai serves ww-team.
  • Invite codes: plaintext in C:\tmp\WW-INVITE-CODES.txt (Andrew to vault them); hashes secret v2. Andrew's codes redeem audiences team-test (tenant prefix team) / yc-reviewer (prefix ycrev), 25 redemptions each, private workspace per redemption.
  • YC freeze plan: second service ww-yc deployed from the SAME final gated digest before 10 PM, then never redeployed; record digest+receipts in _review-evidence/WING-202/.

Remaining sequence

  1. Land r1 + resume-tables (merge wt/WT-e33f/WING-202-resume-tables into integration; it's additive).
  2. Fire stitch (see above); after it: full backend suite + full frontend suite on the tree.
  3. Window bump for Andrew (he's waiting to test resume+LinkedIn import on real data): worktree _wt/ww-demo-snapshot — git fetch origin wt/WT-e33f/WING-202-final-integration && git checkout FETCH_HEAD, dotnet build src/WorkWingman.Api -c Release, cd frontend && npm ci --ignore-scripts (already done at 2b27bcb78) then from ../electron: WINGMAN_DEV=1 npx electron . (NO data-dir override = his real vault). ng serve NOT needed (electron dev loads :4200 — start npx ng serve --port 4200 --host localhost from snapshot frontend first). Kill stale WorkWingman.Api.exe on 5211 first (known Debug-squatter gotcha).
  4. Release-wide panel on the final tree: 4 hosted seats via _review-artifacts/WT-e33f-hosted-review-runner.ps1 (params: RepoPath/BaseCommit/ReviewCommit/ReviewTree/ArtifactRoot/GateContextPath; agy models "Gemini 3.1 Pro (High)"/"Gemini 3.6 Flash (High)", grok grok-4.5; runner has --dangerously-skip-permissions + 45m timeout + bold-verdict parsing) + one Claude Opus seat (Agent tool) + Cedric adjudication (codex exec, -c model_reasoning_effort=high, defensive-review phrasing — "attack" language trips OpenAI's cyber filter). Cedric freshly topped up.
  5. Installer: retarget C:\tmp\wing-candidate-build-2de2da6ce.ps1 pattern to the final commit/tree + its adjudication path, build on D:, per-user install, smoke, hash, receipt.
  6. Final cloud: rebuild image from gated tree (gcloud builds submit --tag ...ww-cloud/workwingman:final), redeploy ww-team with full env (add media/Anthropic/AV/geocoding secrets + WorkWingman:CloudProviders:GoogleMedia config per handoff §media when Andrew approves enabling), deploy ww-yc same digest, two-tenant isolation proof with both codes, freeze receipts.
  7. Update Jira (WING-202 + WING-194 → Done post-gate), BOARD.md rows, fleet sync.

Watchouts

  • Agents overclaim; verify by artifact (git log, git status, run tests yourself).
  • Print-pipe timeouts ≠ failure — check the worktree before re-dispatching.
  • Disk: C: refills fast (52 GB freed at handoff); builds on D: where possible; dotnet clean + bin/obj removal safe.
  • Demo window on Andrew's desktop must never run from a worktree agents edit — snapshot worktree only.
  • Andrew's Electron window currently DOWN pending the bump in step 3 (he approved waiting).
