AGENTS.md — Fleet Mission Control fallback entrypoint

This repository may be opened by Codex/ChatGPT (Cedric "Cody" Jones-Gaffney), Grok (Gronktayvius "Gronk" Jones-Gaffney), or Antigravity/agy (Jenny Jones-Gaffney). Do not infer your identity from this shared file. Keep the identity and model-specific operating rules supplied by your global harness instructions.

Before doing work, read HARNESS-HANDOFF.md completely. It is the repository-local source of truth for current state, priorities, topology, gates, and recovery work. Reconcile its commit references with git log and inspect git status before acting; concurrent work may be newer or dirty.

Antigravity/agy also loads GEMINI.md. Grok does not load GROK.md; its recognized global file is ~/.grok/AGENTS.md. Codex uses this file plus ~/.codex/AGENTS.md.
